Feel free to modify or skip poses where needed. Personalize your practice according to your boundaries, possibilities & needs. Are you a beginner to yoga? Practice the first wave three times. If you can do all of the poses comfortably and you’re feeling up for it, you may put this video on repeat and practice it 3 times in a row. This will give you a 23-24 minute core class. End your practice with my TOP 3 hog apses for spring, plus your version of savasana or sitting meditation. This way you create a 30 minute class that can be practiced daily during the spring season.
