Here you go! A cleansing & invigorating yoga flow class that’s perfect to shed the winter coat of dull, introvert & passive and move into a season of energy, clarity & initiative. Feel free to modify or skip poses where needed. Personalize your practice according to your boundaries, possibilities & needs. Are you a beginner to yoga? Practice the first wave three times. If you can do all of the poses comfortably and you’re feeling up for it, you may put this video on repeat and practice it 3 times in a row. This will give you a 23-24 minute core class. End your practice with my TOP 3 hog apses for spring, plus your version of savasana or sitting meditation. This way you create a 30 minute class that can be practiced daily during the spring season.

    Dear Kyra, it has been 4 years since I attended your yoga and food workshop at the Yoga Festival in Terschelling. I never forgot your inspiring words and after 4 years, I attended the festival again last weekend. You were not there, and I missed you. So now that I am back home, I looked you up on the internet. Happy to find you here, and to find your books. I will go on and order one or two now and start living the life more connected with myself, with better food for myself. Lots of love, and thank you.
