Pimple relief mist

100 ml witch hazel

8 drops thyme essential oil

Spray bottle

Pour witch hazel in a (spray) bottle. Add essential oil. Spray onto your face or cotton ball to gently clean your skin.

Use: as a toner to clean your skin upon waking and before going to bed in the evening. Both the witch hazel and the thyme help to prevent and clear pimples.

Cool & clean pads

20 organic cotton pads

20 drops rosewater extract

3 tablespoons virgin coconut oil

1 teaspoon almond (blossom) oil

Dip cotton pads, one by one, in a (melted) coconut oil, rosewater and (almond) blossom oil blend. Place cotton pads on top of each other and store in a container in the fridge. Place pad on face, hold until pad becomes soft and gently swipe.

Use: to remove make-up.

Overnight oats mask

1 hand oat flakes

Water, to top

1 tbsp raw honey

½ avocado

Soak oats overnight in water. Place in blender the next day. Add honey and avocado and blend. Use straight away or store in the fridge in an airtight container and use within 24 hours.

Use: as an antibacterial facial mask, to prevent and heal pimples and balance dry, mixed or sensitive skin.
