During these consultations we focus on getting clarity regarding your unique nutritional and/or health challenge and situation. We find ways to regenerate and integrate it into your daily life.

For optimal clarity and effect I advise a series of 3 consultations. The first consultation is the intake consultation: an assessment of your constitution and your specific health question or challenge. I develop a treatment plan, with practical tips and guidelines. This in itself offers a wonderful insight and gives direction how to navigate your own life and situation. During a possible second consultation we can discuss and fine-tune this plan thoroughly and dive deeper into your personal challenge. Kyra will offer extra ideas and holistic ‘assignments’ how to and to integrate the suggestions mentioned. In between the second and the third consultation, you’ll bring the treatment plan into further practice, which we will discuss and fine-tune during the third consultation. This set of three allows not only for clarity about your specific health question, it also gives time for integrating and monitoring diet or lifestyle changes.

After the intake consultation and plan you will:

• Have a sense of direction about how to return to a dynamic state of balance

After doing a full intake consultation, follow up consultations will be made available to you for €99 euros a piece. Clients who commit to a 3-5 consultation package report being more in touch with their intuitive knowing and -from there- feel they are able to make more regenerative decisions, aligned with who they are and what they need to be healthy.
