    I have been a fan of Kyra’s work for quite a while now and have always admired her magical abilities to turn a handful of simple, common and readily available ingredients into something mouth-watering. The 10 recipes that she presents in her new book are delightful as usual but, moreover, hit the nerve of the time and speak to any health-conscious home cook: How can I eat healthy (and seasonal) when I don’t have much time? None of Kyra’s recipes require more than 15-20 minutes of preparation time and one humble skillet does the rest of the job; without any compromise on taste and nourishment. At the end of each recipe, she provides meal prep tips – some ingredients are optional while others may be substituted, which allows for more flexibility. My favorite recipes are the chili con pan (it uses the stale bread that you would probably otherwise throw away…) and the green lasagna (a hidden veggies masterpiece!). These dishes are not only extremely delicious and satisfying, but also fully approved by my three-year-old. Mission accomplished!

    I’ve only just made 2 recipes but I’m all ready a fan <3 The recipes really aren't much work, they're easily adaptable (which is a must since I shop locally and seasonal) and of course very tasty! Can't wait to try out the other meals soon.

    I follow Kyra’s work for some years now and I’m a fan of her pure and simple style and her ability to capture beauty. A few days ago I now purchased her new E-Book and it again shows her talent and the love she puts in her work.
    I’ve already cooked the Light Coconut Soup twice in three days and it’s the best Coconut Soup I’ve ever made at home. The flavor is delicate and yet deliciously satisfying.
    I’ve also already tried the Green Lasagna and loved it, too.
    I’m looking forward to giving the rest of the recipes a try!

    100% recommendation – especially since the food is not only delicious but also easy to prepare and the ingredient lists relatively short and contain mainly things you probably have in your pantry anyway.
